Dr. Benson follows the ethics of the practice of psychology in conducting psychological evaluations.  Findings and conclusions drawn from psychological evaluations may or may not support the legal position of the party requesting the evaluation of the individual.

Upon completion of an evaluation, Dr. Benson can provide a verbal and/or written summary of the findings of the evaluation to the requesting party prior to the composition of the report.
